The Municipal Customer Services Office (OMAC) is the new service that the Castelló d'Empúries Council has created to bring citizens and the administration closer together. It enables everyone who addresses the Corporation to solve the majority of matters personally, without having to continually go from one department to another.

To use this service, it is necessary to take a ticket and wait your turn. Any one of the 5 OMAC members of staff will be able to deal with your request.

Public opening hours are from 09:00 to 14:00.

Although this service has initially been installed in the municipal buildings in the historic centre, the Council is working to shortly make this service available in the Civic Centre in the Empuriabrava Residential Marina as well.
